Motilal Oswal Financial Services Group Hosts Thanksgiving Dinner for Support Staff
Mumbai, December 01, 2025: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Group (MOFSL) hosted a Thanksgiving Dinner to recognise and appreciate its support staff, including housekeeping teams, security personnel, drivers, cafeteria staff, office assistants and technical teams. These people play a vital role in keeping the workplace running smoothly every day.
The initiative reflects MOFSL’s belief that a strong organisation is built not only by its white-collar employees, but by everyone who contributes to the ecosystem. Motilal Oswal Group uses Thanksgiving as a meaningful occasion to pause, express gratitude and acknowledge the dedication of those who work quietly in the background.
The Thanksgiving celebrations were conducted across nine locations and witnessed participation from over 1,000 support staff members and their family members. As a gesture of appreciation for the invaluable support they provide, senior leaders across locations volunteered alongside employees to serve meals and personally engage with the guests, helping ensure a warm, memorable experience for all.
Held at Motilal Oswal Towers, the evening welcomed support staff along with their families. The top management including Mr Motilal Oswal, Mr Raamdeo Agrawal & Mr Navin Agarwal to business CEOs and employees from across the organisation volunteered as hosts, welcoming guests and helping create a warm, inclusive atmosphere. A Thanksgiving dinner was served in a traditional Indian seating arrangement, with employees including members of the senior leadership team personally serving the meals.
