Siddharth Bothra is appointed as the Fund Manager of Motilal OswalFlexicap Fund and Motilal Oswal Dynamic Fund

Mumbai, 24 May 2021: Motilal Oswal AMCwishes to inform you that Mr Siddharth Bothra, Fund Manager and KeyPersonnel of Motilal Oswal AMC has been appointed as the Fund Manager for theSchemes, Motilal Oswal Flexi Cap Fund and Motilal Oswal Dynamic Fund witheffect from May 19, 2021.

Also, Mr Akash Singhania (Earlier Fund Manager of Motilal Oswal FlexiCap Fund and Motilal Oswal Dynamic Fund) has decided to move on from MOAMCfor personal reasons.

Mr Siddharth Bothra shall be given the additional charge of the schemesand has been appointed the fund manager for Motilal Oswal Flexi Cap Fund andMotilal Oswal Dynamic Fund.

Mr Siddharth Bothra has an experience of more than 17 years in the fieldof research and investments. Siddharth is an old hand at Motilal Oswal AMC andhas a stellar track record, managing the Motilal Oswal Focused 25 Fund, alarge-cap oriented focused fund, since November 2016, prior to this he wasmanaging the Motilal Oswal Focused 25 fund as co-manager since May 2015.

Before joining the AMC, Siddharth had an extensive, award-winning stint withMotilal Oswal Securities Limited as a senior analyst in the InstitutionalEquities team, covering various sectors.
